Prelims are drawing near! but I'm still blur for certain subjects like Maths and Sciences. HOW?!

I WANT TO STUDY, but I don't know how. Where do I start from? Will I make it on time? Questions like this kept flowing through my mind, and usually, I'll end it with a "aiya, tomorrow then see how" attitude and go off to sleep. Ugh!
