OH YA, HOW CAN I FORGET TO BLOG ABOUT THIS!!!
Since I've nothing to post today, so I'll make it a new post instead of adding another p/s to the last latest one.
It was... last Thursday!!!!! I went to my ah ma house to play mahjong! AND I TELL YOU, I'M SUCH A LUCKY BASTARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although I didn't won a si san yao like XiaXue lah, but for me this is considered as very lucky already!

We play 50cents 1 dollar de mah, so total I won $7.50 in a round!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SONG BOH, AAHAHAHHHAHA!!!! >:D Okay, some of you'd probably go chey what's the big deal about it, BUT I DON'T CARE HAHAHAHA COS YOU SUCKED TOO MUCH :D

1. Consistent cardio. 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. 20 mintues if you jog.
2. No fast foods, colas, sweetened teas or drinks, juices, or alcohol.
3. Whole grain breads, Whole grain cereals, Whole grain rices,Whole grain pasta.
4. Mostly fish and chicken. Red meat once a week right now.
5. When you're hungry and not sure what to eat, eat fruit. Be consistent, patient and have faith. It will happen.
